Returns & Exchanges


If you acknowledge the below return & exchange policies, please visit to facilitate your return.


  • Items must be requested for a return within 28 days of successful delivery.
  • Items must be in their original form (NOT worn, altered, perfumed, or washed).
  • Earrings, gloves, warmers, and socks are intimate which cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items on "sale" are non-refundable and cannot be returned/exchanged.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.
  • If you believe an item is defective, or has been damaged in shipping, please Contact Us before proceeding with the returns procedure.

  • We offer prepaid Free Return shipping labels for the following countries:

    • United States
    • United Kingdom
    • Canada
    • Australia
    • Germany
It may take us up to a week to generate your label and therefore accept your return request. Upon your receipt of the label, you must ship your return within 5-7 calendar days of receiving the label. We reserve the right to reject your return request if you are unable to ship your return to us within an acceptable time range upon receipt of your prepaid Free Return shipping label.
We will only offer prepaid Free Return shipping labels for orders worth up to 200 GBP (< 275 USD) at no cost to you. Any additional items returned above this 200 GBP threshold will incur a combined handling and shipping fee of 7.50 GBP per item returned, which will be deducted from your refunded amounts.
    • If your country of residence is not listed above, the cost of returning the item to us, via tracked shipping, is the responsibility of the buyer.
      • Our products are shipped from our private warehouses in South Korea, Mainland China & Hong Kong, so you must be prepared to return items to one of these locations. You will also be provided with our return addresses for United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia & Germany should you determine returning your items to one of these locations is more cost-effective.
      • It is highly important that your self-organized return shipping method is tracked as otherwise there is no legitimate proof of shipment nor delivery.
      • In this case, we are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.

    • Refunds can be issued to either the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your choice.

    • We offer free exchanges as per the same terms for our returns above, offering free shipping labels for particular countries (see above), while for other countries, the cost of shipping items back to us would be the responsibility of the buyer.
    • Once we have received your package it can take up to 14 days to process an exchange.
    • If you would like to exchange an item, please visit to facilitate your exchange.


    • Orders can only be canceled/amended within 24 hours of placing your order. Please get in touch with us using our Contact Us page to cancel/amend your order.
    • We cannot accept order cancellations/amendments after 24 hours as they begin processing.
