- If your shipment is classed as 'delivered', but for some reason, you have not yet received it, then you must contact us within 2 working days of the delivery notification, otherwise, we reserve the right to consider your claim as ingenuine.
- Our shipments are classified as Delivery Duties Paid (DDP), where we pay the the duties for your shipment on your behalf in advance.

- If your country of residence is not listed above, the cost of returning the item to us, via tracked shipping, is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Returns up to 200 GBP (< 275 USD) will incur no handling fee. We will charge handling fees for any products returned above a total value of 200 GBP (> 275 USD). where any additional items returned above this threshold will incur a combined handling and shipping fee of 7.50 GBP per item, which will be deducted from your refunded amounts.
- Our products are shipped from our private warehouses in South Korea, Mainland China & Hong Kong, so you must be prepared to return items to one of these locations. You will also be provided with our return addresses for the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia & Germany should you determine returning your items to one of these locations is more cost-effective.
- It is highly important that your self-organized return shipping method is tracked as otherwise there is no legitimate proof of shipment or delivery.
- In this case, we are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
- Refunds can be issued to either the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your choice.
