How do I pick my size?
We size to UK/US/EU standards. Every product page has a size chart with the actual garment measurements, plus a size calculator that recommends a size from your height and weight.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we offer a 28-day return & exchange policy. We provide free return shipping labels for the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia; for all other countries return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Read our full Return Policy.
What payment methods can I use?
We offer several payment methods including Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and American Express, as well as local options such as Klarna, Clearpay and iDEAL, and many more.
Can I change my order after placing it?
We fulfil orders quickly and can't make updates more than 24 hours after an order is placed, including adding/removing products or changing the delivery address. If a mistake was made, the quickest fix is to open your order status page and click ‘Edit order’.

How it works
- Start your return or exchange in our Returns Center. It takes about two minutes.
- UK, US, Canada & Australia: we email you a prepaid return label. Everywhere else: post it back tracked to your nearest return warehouse (US, UK, Canada, Australia or Mainland China).
- Once your parcel reaches us, your refund or exchange is processed within 14 days.
Good to know
- Items need to be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, in their original form.
- Sale items and intimate pieces (earrings, gloves, warmers and socks) can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Outside the free-label countries, tracked return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
- If your order shipped free, £3.95 is deducted from your refund to cover the original delivery. Prepaid labels can take up to a week to arrive; post your return within 5–7 days of receiving one.
