Can I change my order after placing it?

How it works
- Start your return or exchange in our Returns Center. It takes about two minutes.
- UK, US, Canada & Australia: we email you a prepaid return label. Everywhere else: post it back tracked to your nearest return warehouse (US, UK, Canada, Australia or Mainland China).
- Once your parcel reaches us, your refund or exchange is processed within 14 days.
Good to know
- Items need to be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, in their original form.
- Sale items and intimate pieces (earrings, gloves, warmers and socks) can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Outside the free-label countries, tracked return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
- If your order shipped free, £3.95 is deducted from your refund to cover the original delivery. Prepaid labels can take up to a week to arrive; post your return within 5–7 days of receiving one.
