How it works

1. Start your return or exchange in our Returns Center. It takes about two minutes.
2. UK, US, Canada & Australia: we email you a prepaid return label. Everywhere else: post it back tracked to your nearest return warehouse (US, UK, Canada, Australia or Mainland China).
3. Once your parcel reaches us, your refund or exchange is processed within 14 days.

Good to know

• Items need to be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, in their original form.
• Sale items and intimate pieces (earrings, gloves, warmers and socks) can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Outside the free-label countries, tracked return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
• If your order shipped free, £3.95 is deducted from your refund to cover the original delivery. Prepaid labels can take up to a week to arrive; post your return within 5–7 days of receiving one.
